Sports Program
Interested in Sports here at Twin Peaks? You've come to the right place.
The Twin Peaks Sports Program operates due to funding from our school's ASES Program grant. Registering you student for the sports program includes enrolling them in ASES for the days the sport meets. Please note that this is not the same as signing your student up for the 5-day ASES program. Partnering with the ASES program and meeting the ASES attendance requirements keeps the Twin Peaks Sports Program free to families.
What we offer:
Fall Sports: Cross Country, & Flag Football
Winter Sports: Basketball, Volleyball, & Running Club
Spring Sports: Golf, Soccer, & Wrestling
Updated sports information will be posted on this website, in the TPMS Newsletter sent out over the weekend, and in the daily announcements at school.
All of the registration paperwork will be available in the front office and is available to download from this webpage.

For sports to remain funded at Twin Peaks, ASES attendance procedures must be upheld. This included filling out the Sports Program Registration Packet and the Individual Sports Packet for each sport a student is participating in. Below is guidance on filling out each of the packets
Sports Program Registration Packet
- Emergency Contact Information, Medical Information, & Sign Out Option. Sports students must be Self Sign Out.
- Early Release Authorization Form filled out exactly like the example below.

- Sports Contract must be signed by both the parent and the student. Failure to adhere to our regulations and behavior policies may result in being pulled from the team.
- Release and liability form MUST be filled out. This is a district form, and students cannot participate without it.
Sports Transportation Forms
- Trip Permit form. All our sports require parent transportation. ASES does not set up carpools or handle transportation requests. This form will be emailed out after teams are selected.
